After sample approval we knit, board, inspect and pack your order, then ship on the agreed schedule.
Our core product. We knit fuzzy socks from feather yarn and coral fleece that stay soft after repeated washing. Retailers order them for winter lines, gift sets and promotional packs. Choose from our existing patterns or send your own artwork: jacquard designs, embroidery, anti-slip grips and custom labels are all available. Every batch can be produced to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 requirements.
Grip socks add safety to softness. We apply PVC or silicone gripper dots to the sole, in stock shapes or in your custom logo. Buyers source them for home wear, hotels, airlines, hospitals and yoga studios. Soles stay flexible, grips hold through washing, and sizes run from kids to adults.
Funny socks turn a basic pair into the one shoppers pick up first. We knit novelty patterns from your artwork: animals, food, slogans and holiday motifs, in jacquard or embroidery, with custom labels to match. Buyers place them in gift sets and holiday-season programs, where a good pattern does the selling. Send your artwork and we will make a counter sample for approval.
Sports socks are built for movement. We knit them with a terry sole that cushions each step, a ribbed cuff that stays up, and a reinforced heel and toe for longer wear. Team colors are dyed to your Pantone references, and your logo can be knitted in as jacquard. Clubs, team shops and sportswear brands across the EU and the US order them for retail and squad programs.
Zhuji Chengbang Socks Co., Ltd makes socks in Zhuji, Zhejiang, the town that produces more socks than anywhere else in the world. We have spent those years on one thing: soft indoor socks that buyers can reorder with confidence. Our factory covers 8,000 square meters, employs about 200 workers, and turns out 100,000 pairs a day, 35 million pairs a year. Importers, brands and retail chains in the EU, the US, Asia and South America buy from us. Some of these programs have run for ten years.
Every audit below was passed by this factory, not by a trading company. Certificate copies are available on request.
Zhuji has thousands of sock factories. Fewer than 100 of them hold WRAP certification. Chengbang is one.

MOQ is 1,500 pairs per color and 1,500 pairs per style.
